Gabriele Mastrototaro

Gabriele Mastrototaro was born in Bari, Italy, in 2003. After completing his Master’s degree at the University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart in the flute class of Davide Formisano, Gabriele was a member of the IEMA Ensemble Modern 2024/2025. He has already performed with ensembles such as Studio Musikfabrik (Cologne), Reactive Ensemble (Stuttgart), Parco della Musica Ensemble (Rome), and Oh-Ton Ensemble (Oldenburg/Cologne). As a guest musician, he has had the opportunity to play with orchestras such as the SWR Symphonieorchester, Stuttgart State Opera, Frankfurt Opera, Braunschweig State Orchestra, Florence Opera, and Venice Opera. Since October 2025, Gabriele has been a scholarship holder as an academy member of the Hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt.
